PeMSAA Synergy 2026 is a two-day Medical Conference and Gala Experience bringing together medical professionals, alumni, families and distinguished guests for professional learning, networking and celebration.The event will be held on Friday 9 October and Saturday 10 October 2026.
Where is the main event being held?
The Medical Conference and Gala Dinner Dance will be held at Pullman East Melbourne, located at 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne VIC 3002.
What events are included in PeMSAA Synergy 2026?
The program includes three main events:
- Yarra River Sunset Cruise – Friday 9 October 2026
- Medical Conference – Saturday 10 October 2026

What do I need to know about Yarra River Sunset Cruise?
The Yarra River Sunset Cruise will take place on Friday 9 October 2026 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
The cruise departs from Berth 2, Federation Wharf, Princes Walk, Melbourne, close to Federation Square, Princes Bridge and Flinders Street Station.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for boarding.The evening will feature a buffet dinner, entertainment and opportunities to socialise and network while enjoying views of Melbourne from the Yarra River.
Can I attend only one of the events?
Yes. You can select and purchase tickets for individual events according to your availability and interests.

The Medical Conference will be held on Saturday 10 October 2026 from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM at Pullman East Melbourne.
Both medical and non-medical attendees are welcome to register. The conference provides an opportunity for professional development, knowledge sharing and networking within the PeMSAA community.
What can I expect at the Gala Dinner Dance?
The Gala Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 10 October 2026 from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM at Pullman East Melbourne.
The Gala Dinner Dance will conclude PeMSAA Synergy 2026 with an evening of dining, music, entertainment, celebration and socialising with fellow alumni, families and guests.
Do I need to purchase separate tickets for each event?
Yes. The Yarra River Sunset Cruise, Medical Conference and Gala Dinner Dance are separately ticketed events, allowing attendees to choose which activities they would like to attend.
What should I wear?
Medical Conference: Smart casual or professional attire is recommended.
Yarra River Sunset Cruise: Smart casual attire is recommended. As Melbourne evenings can be cool, bringing a light jacket is advisable.
Gala Dinner Dance: Formal or cocktail attire is recommended.
Can children attend the Gala Dinner Dance?
Yes. Children are welcome to attend, with a dedicated ticket price available.
